One in Four Smokers Will Get Lung Disease

I need as much negative as well as positive encouragement on this journey to rid myself of those most-loved cancer sticks. Yesterday was my 13 week anniversary and this last weekend may have been the most difficult time yet so far. I was on an emotional rollercoaster that threw me head-first into the undeniable longing for escape. Somehow, I made it through without picking up a cigarette. It’s really not an option anymore. Next Tuesday will be my last day on the Patch. I’m looking forward to minimal withdrawals.
