Just when I thought I had said everything there was to say, more things happen I just have to share.

First of all, thanks to Just Out, I just won a pair of tickets to see Maroon 5 tomorrow night at the Clark County Amphitheatre. I am so excited to tell Agent. It’s been forever since I’ve seen anything that even closely resembles live music.

Then, I found out that it’s National Park(ing) Day! I love the entire idea, which is to turn public parking spaces into parks and hang out all day. I’ve been reading about it for over two years now, but I’m yet to actually see a “parking” spot! According to Portland Octopus, there are a few lined up:

• Powell’s Books, Couch St. side
• Bijou Cafe, 132 SW 3rd Ave
• Southpark restaurant, 901 SW Salmon
• Ace Hotel Portland, 1022 SW Stark St.
• SE Belmont outside Laughing Planet (from about 10am)

Too bad I’m in Wilsonville all day. Ok, now really, back to work.
