  • Oversee architecture of Web presence and server environments, directing all Web development, including external site and internal business work flow and reporting applications.
  • Establish team standards and guidelines using eXtreme Programming as development lifecycle methodology, demanding excellence in requirements gathering, documentation, design, coding standards, team reviews, testing, and planned deployment.
  • Hire, mentor, review, counsel and support four developers, managing their training needs and providing weekly technology discussions to guide professional growth, sharing technical skills and providing ongoing inspiration.
  • Build and provide reports on all major business elements.
  • Support database requests, write stored procedures, schedule jobs, build DTS packages, design schemas, implement encryption requirements (SQL Server 2000 to 2005).

  • Implemented Census Bug Tracker as task management software used by all departments.
