• Oversee architecture of Web presence and server environments, directing all Web development, including external site and internal business work flow and reporting applications.

• Designed, Developed and Implemented WebScript System, complex scripting application to guide call center representative through phone call with customer (ColdFusion 5-7, SQL Server 2000, Fusebox 3-4, MVC, CFCs). Included: Support of Web and SQL servers, creating Web services to pass leads to call centers and receive exports of dialer results (using Web Services and XML), authentication, data transfer packages.

• Programmed Call Center Intranet Application to facilitate direct communication between call center representatives and vendor manager to enable administrator to post announcements, respond to questions and suggestions, and to update training materials and resources (ColdFusion 7, SQL Server 2000, Fusebox 4, MVC, CFCs, and AJAX).

• Evaluated, Installed, Configured and Deployed Internal MediaWiki as wildly successful organization-wide documentation solution.

• Implemented Census Bug Tracker as task management software used by all departments.
